The first two nights of our journey we spent with friends, Anita and Hilary, at nearby Silver Falls State Park.

We took a walk to the day use area.

No dogs allowed on the waterfall hike.

The South Falls are quite famous.

Kate stayed back with Bailey while I walked to the first falls.

Time to celebrate the first day of our year off.

They came in for tea and warmth.

In the morning, we did some repacking.

Bailey always gets sad when we pack up.

Bailey takes over the driver's seat while we dump the tanks.
